Looking for reviews of GemCore Waterproof Laminate

I am considering installing GemCore Waterproof Laminate - Lakeshore collection on my entire first floor including kitchen. Just wondering if anyone can comment on their experience with these floors: durability, scratch and fade resistance, longevity of this product. Any feedback would be appreciated.

My immediate concern would be they call it waterproof and then the 2nd sentence in their own description states the following:

" Boasting a high-density fiber core with industry-leading stability and water resistance, "

That does not sound waterproof to me. I did not read the warranty any further however, that was just a quick look.
