Accent wall paper suggestions for powder bath

I would like to do an accent wall in this bathroom with peel and stick wallpaper. The cabinet is a grey color (lighter than what it appears in the photo), walls off white, fixtures and lighting stainless/silver. The home is a fairly minimalist, timeless type design. Any suggestions? There is a linen closet across from the toilet .

No shower? I would wallpaper the whole thing!

I also used marble-look porcelain in my powder room and wish I had just continued my engineered wood floors in there. The tile adds another color/pattern that has to be considered when choosing the wallpaper. I'm no help, as I've been looking for the "perfect" wallpaper for 3 years now! lol

I agree with doing all the walls and not just an accent.

I'm not a big accent wall fan - especially in a powder room. The room is small + it's a space where you can go bold. I would paper all of the walls also.

@chispa - your home is so beautiful - it doesn't surprise me that you would wait until you find the "perfect" wallpaper - even if takes more than three years!

I decided to run my hardwood floors in my powder room. I am getting ready to update my powder room (new vanity/lighting/walls) - having wood floors does make that easier. Plus, I've never had any issues related to having wood floors in my powder room (or kitchen) = no need for tile on the floor.

Thanks everyone! Now I am trying to figure out what style of wallpaper given the silver fixtures and color/pattern of the flooring. Looking around a little some ideas I've seen to keep the minimalist neutral theme include a champagne/metallic although I think a large print would look cool. Appreciate the suggestions about donig the entire room though.

Do the complete room. Here is how a few Tempaper wallpapers would look in your powder room.

How about a pale grey (or pale blue) toile on white background? Do paper all the walls.

Amy everything in the room leans contemporary and you're suggesting toile as a solution? I must be missing something in your suggestion.

Haven't found a toile in peel and stick format.

I missed the “contemporary” part of the assignment. I think the first toile you show could work, even so. The next two you show are too much even for me. I’ll stay after school and clean the blackboard.

Edited to add: I'm abandoning the toile suggestion, since apparently it's irrelevant. But as a side note, there's no shortage of peel-and-stick toile wallpaper. A simple web search turned up quite a lot for me. Whether any of it is good quality, I don't know.

One wallpapered wall in a small bathroom will look “off”. Do all the walls.
    Here are some ideas:

Thanks everyone- I do feel more drawn to a more contemporary look. Just trying to decide between a pattern that is more linear -such as the Tempaper examples posted- or something that is more of a large bold pattern I appreciate the suggestions to do the entire room and may need to put up some samples to look at for awhile. Once I decide and actually complete this project I will post another picture.

I’d be inclined to pick a large statement framed art for the wall and then paint the room in a color that works with the art/your home vibe/colors. Your existing elements would work with a lot of different colors.

Any wallpaper (to me) feels more ‘transitional/traditional’ and may feel like a very ‘one off’ room in your overall home style. Unless you plan to do more wallpaper in other rooms that is…

You could start by narrowing down larger scale, vertical oriented (or a set of 2 squares stacked over each other)….fond something in the imagery/colors you like and then paint the room in a tone that ‘vibes’ with the art…some examples from Minted:
