Can I have a painted and wallpaper accent wall

I have a navy accent wall behind my tub. When you open the bathroom door it is directly in front of you; 16 feet away. To your right when you walk in is a long vanity wall; this is more like a dressing area. Would it look good to use blue/white chinoiserie paper on the long vanity wall?
