You are talking about grout?! Yes?

If you want to know what it looks like, you test it on a sample board with the tile you are using and wherever you are using whatever tile. Nobody is going to . have a picture that relates to your home...if they manage to figure out what you are asking.

Grout > !!! Why would you want these in a grout which usually needs to be as invisible as possible

Sorry. I thought these products are well known. I’m deciding if I should use a shimmer or sparkle type of grout on a laundry room backsplash. I am not asking if anyone has something exact. Just thought someone may have tried a unique grouting technique and has it kn their home bc it’s hard to find a picture online. Floor and decor has a sample in their showroom of the grout with silver shimmer. And

Both these additives are for expoxy grout. I think their chief purpose is for glass mosaic or metal tile installations. Speaking for myself, I wouldn't consider using glittery grout between any other types of tile, and likely not even for those.

Can you tell us what your vision is for using these products? What tile would you be using? What layout? And what is a laundry room backsplash? I've never seen one—is it for a sink? Without more information, I find it difficult to imagine how you see this working in your home.

The best practical advice has already been given by Jan. If your heart is set on this, make a sample board. Whatever else you do, don't take this leap without doing that first.

Maybe the reason you can't see more pics is it is bad idea and for sure not in a laundry room IMO

Thanks guys. Those all make sense and I don’t think I will do it. Going pretty much a little extreme but it is my own project and I want to tackle as many new jobs as practice since no one will see it but me most likely. Just having fun with it and needed the distraction

I can absolutely sympathize with wanting something to have fun with as a distraction. I feel the same way quite a lot these days! But glitter is forever, so … maybe fantabulous tile instead?

Stuck with frost Mapei grout which I believe is the name. Beautiful light gray to make the daisy marble tile stand out! Yes I said marble lol it’s stunning and makes me so happy to look at it
