I have scewless switch/outlet plates throughout my home, but they are not Lutron. I buy them at Lowes. However, mine are not matte finish. It might be worth seeing if they carry them in matte.

Have you considered spray painting 2 glossy ones with a matte white paint?

If you can't find exactly what you're looking for, then count me as a +1 for Skippack Tile & Stone's idea. Alternatively, if you can find the right white, consider using a clear matte spray paint.

It won' t exist as screwless, and if it would, all the whites are different, You have to have a change of rocker panel to hide a screw hole..

Try Feldman Hardware - I often turn up weird things there. Like incandescent light bulbs
