What strikes me is that you have a fairly cool white for your windows and fascia and a warm tan and red for the siding and trim. I think if you found a blue for your siding, it would go with the windows and roof. Yellow would, too.

But would it go with the brown garage door? also what trim would i do?

Both the blue and green are nice but my personal preference is the green. I would install a wood front door that coordinates with the garage door.

I think, with the colors you already have on there, that you do need to paint the soffits, and eves to match the color of the trim. I agree, pick a wood door for your front door stained same as garage door.

    whats thoughts on this?

Ah, you want to preserve the stained wood around the windows. I prefer the lighter green that @lisedv suggested. I'd also paint the trim around the garage door to make it consistent with the house trim. The trim paint would help break up the large, garage surface.

Could the piece of wood on the left side of the rectangular window pair be cut down to match the height of the wood on the right side?

I like your dark paint color mock up quite a bit. I would stay away from faux stone foundation though. It just doesn't belong. Add siding there and shrubs instead.

I guess the windows can’t be painted? The strong contrast between the bright white windows and the existing brown trim is very distracting. Particularly so in the existing mauve siding sample because the mauve makes the brown trim jump out.

If the brown window trim could blend with the siding color, it would look more cohesive. A strong color like the deep green or navy might be good. Or even (I can’t believe I’m saying this because it’s so overdone) deep charcoal.

I think i have decided to go with white trim an remove the wood trim all together. with that, im still stuckon color. i dont want a huge contrast between the white trim and the siding.

I think if you want to go dark and keep the white trim, you might be better off with a charcoal. Then, I'd paint the trim around the windows a lighter shade of gray, that will transition from the darker siding to the bright white windows. Try SW Cityscape for the siding with SW Argos for the window trim.

But you can do this trick for any color you choose.
