My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    @OutsidePlaying, Yes, I assume it was diseased but don’t know for sure. They put up the marker for it one year and the next year it was gone. Sad.

    It is sad, but many CMs have been affected in the past few years with CM bark scale and didn’t recover well. Some escaped notice until the tree was beyond help. Plus rhe roots are highly invasive.
