Fitting a 27" sink in 27" base cabinet with poured concrete counter?

last month

I have this 27" sink base cabinet: https://lanaehome.com/products/slimvfh?variant=41808824172683

I don't want to go smaller than a 25" basin, if I can avoid it, and have selected this stainless steel undermount, which is 27" wide total: https://karran.com/karran-elite-ws-34-pk1-undermount-27-single-bowl-stainless-steel-workstation-kitchen-sink.html

Is it possible to install this particular sink in this particular cabinet, especially if I'm DIYing poured concrete countertops on top of the cabinets (not laying slabs)? And if so, how?

Once I pour the concrete countertop, it will be bonded to the cabinets and cannot be removed, so I'm unsure how I'll fit this undermount sink in, and in what steps to do it. I'd greatly appreciate any help! I'd also like to know if I'd be able to change the sink in the future, should I need to.
