Can the shingles go down to the ground? None of those stones look good with your shingles. What type of home is thos?

Thx for the suggestion - maybe the shingles can go down to the bottom, it was never discussedI. I will check with the builder.

I think the OP is looking for a finish material to cover the concrete and not a different concrete to cover the concrete that exists.

But now I know what Tabby concrete is.

Sadly, copying a definition of Tabby concrete is the only remotely useful contribution I can make to this thread. The history of Tabby provides a fascinating rabbit hole for exploration, but—sorry, jcsanders14!—I agree with Mark Bischak, Architect that Tabby as a construction material does not seem to fit the bill for OP's needs as described.

Sorry late to the party but IMO that home already has avery busy exterior so do not add any more to it
