I can comment from experience working at a well known thrift store organization. We did not take any blinds with cords. They are no longer sold in stores, and we did not accept them.

Most will not.

Post them on the free section of Craigslist. People may want to decsonstruct them and use the fabric for other purposes as well.

^That would be my guess but you could call to check. Goodwill rejected books and new bakeware from us, but only because they already had so much. We’ve found that places like pickupplease.com will take almost anything we offer, and they pick it up.

Near us we have a Re-Store owned by Habitat for Humanity and they take building materials. If you have one near you you could contact them.

ETA-I was wrong. Re-Store will not take blinds. Freecycle site in your area?
