Hey guys, first time poster here! I have a living room that I've been redoing, and trying to figure out the best way to lay things out. The room is approximately 12'x18', with a more detailed dimensions picture below.

We're likely going to be getting rid of the couch (we received it free from a friend a while back) and looking at replacing furniture so figured getting an overall plan would be a good place to start. Also the little cabinet thing is going into another room - it just made sense pushing in here temporarily to clean things out there. The main thing we'd like is to be able to add more seating (I only need room for two people at all times, but would like to stretch to an additional two people to accommodate occasional guests). Current plans already are wall mounting the TV and getting either blinds or shorter curtains for the window that is currently behind the couch. Please don't mind the current lack of organization- I've been bouncing between a few different house projects so it is all still a work in progress. What would you guys do given this space to make the most of things? I'm mainly trying to get an idea of type/size/placement of furniture.
