I would use any cleaner that says it is for natural stone. Nothing harsh. No ammonia or bleach. I like Weiman and Granite Gold brands. They have cleaners specifically for natural stone- granite, marble, etc etc.

I use Method granite cleaner for my countertops.

I use rubbing alcohol-water-lavender oil in a spray bottle (I tend to use roughly 75% or alcohol to 25% water plus some drops of essential lavender oil, I'm always topping off the bottle so proportions are guestimated). The lavender oil has its own anti microbial properties, and I like how it smells, but you can use whatever essential oil you prefer (besides scent, the essential oil optimizes the surface tension for the alcohol and water to be combined).

I spray it on my granite and wipe dry with a microfiber cloth. Kills germs and streak-free shine. I use it on SS appliances as well.

We’ve had madre perla since 2010 - never sealed it or anything, we use water or windex 🙈

I use 50:50 mix of rubbing alcohol and water on my granite. I mixed in some essential oils, whatever strikes my fancy at the time I mix up a bottle. It works well for general cleaning; if I need more I wipe down with a soapy sponge first (dish soap), then spray with the water:alcohol mix, but that's not usually needed.
