Trying again - beige/taupe grout for shower and floor? and other Qs?

last month

We are doing a basic brick pattern glossy white subway tile in the shower (tub shower). Will the size of the grout lines be somewhat dependent on the specific tile? I don't want them too tiny, as I'd like to be able to see the grout, as opposed to a wall of white.

Floor will be white mosaic hex with light blue flowers on the floor. The grout lines for this will be 1/16"

I would like to do a grout with a little color, but not something super dramatic. I was thinking something like Mapei's Honey Butter or Biscuit (or Harvest?) OR Laticrete's Antique White or Light Pewter (Parchment?). Would that look good for both the shower and the floor? Or should I just do it in the shower and do white for the floor? I don't want to go with a cool gray as the room, and the whole house, have warm tones. Our fixtures are ORB and the vanity is a deep warm blue.

Thanks!
