Yes i had you in mind specifically. unforts i didnt see Cafe au Lait which more than one person here has been coveting.

but the colors and shapes, omg , are just beautiful!

and glads are no longer remotely funeral.

ive slapped my own hand in order to avoiding pressing ” submit”.

i had to get a new bank card a while ago. i cant use my old one on file at a lot of sites. Getting up, finding my wallet and reentering my new info also discourages impulse purchases which i have no time or energy to plant!

Marie when I posted above, I was literally in the middle of potting up overwintered dahlia tubers. I got 60 pots done. And I still have more to do tomorrow. The fact that I looked at the Bluestone website mid-potting did act as somewhat of a deterrent to ordering more lol. But several things did catch my eye, so there's always tomorrow....

About fifteen years ago I planted some glads to try out in my farmers market bouquets. Two have come back reliably since then! And spread! I was quite surprised (of course it was the salmon color ones that are the strongest - I'm never quite sure how to use them). The lovely white with purple edging aren't quite as vigorous.

Quite frankly they are in the way for other things I want to plant but I'm afraid to move them - I know as soon as I do they'll probably die lol!
