I have a vacation house built in the 60s with windows that need some help. Everything is out of true, because there were some frost heave issues with the posts the house rests on. We got that fixed, no more movement, but nothing is square. The windows slide.

Here are two different gaskets/seals that don't cover the full perimeter. What are they called, where do I find them to buy replacements? Pardon the dirt, I took the pics before I washed the windows. It's the gray rubber gaskets I'd like to replace. What are they called, where do I find them to buy? Obviously, there are other issues, but this is the one I'd like to fix.
