Yes, if that’s the back door, the Fawn Brindle would work fine. Run it by your dog. If she says, ”woof-woof” (translation: ”yes”) - then, Go for it!🚦✅

In the meantime- as I was seriously contemplating this dilemma, and was at first under the impression that this was the front door- I had an epiphany. If I ever have a Hale Navy house, I think I shall paint the front door purple.

A lime green could work , honestly any bright color works with navy and white., cannot imagine dark purple with a dark navy house but maybe. I think since this is a back door have some fun

I'd train the dog not to muddy the door and paint it red.

No way I would paint the deck white with a dog. We try hard to control mud and water and chaos but we live in vancouver and it’s not exactly foolproof.

How about orange to complement the blue.

Fawn Brindle would work if your local mud is not that iron rich red dirt. if is red dirt look for a tera cotta to bright red like that Caliente shade. Also their are brass"kick plates" (?) that attach to bottom of doors that could help.
