My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      This is one of my favorite pictures. It's a Martha Washington geranium. My sister-in-law's sister painted a picture for me of this. I treasure it.

      Thanks, roxsolid. She has passed now but she was such a talented artist and such a nice person. It was when she was ill and in the hospital and said she had so little to do that I sent her photos of my flowers to give her something to draw or even just enjoy looking at. Shortly after that, I was away on vacation and when I got home there was a package in my mail from her. I was blown away by how beautiful the painting was and that she did that for me. I know her family misses her very much.
