I gave DH a surprise party for his 80th last month. My niece made rhe banner (about 5’ long) and thought I’d include a photo of the cakes. It was so fun, the food was great (not shown except for some appetizers) and yes he was surprised.

hobbitmom, your picture gave me a flashback to being a teenager and babysitting for 6 week old twins!!! It was terrifying. And trying to feed them both at once was a challenge but I couldn't take the crying. I give you a million kudos for being a mom of twins!! Maybe it's different when they are your own. All three of you are adorable.

I had this cake made for my horse.

He was a registered paint (APHA) and I had his papers so I know when his birthday was. He was born in North Dakota. :)

@murraysmom Zone 6a OH thank you. Thats very sweet of you. In the thick of things, I would just remember that with twins, you just do the same thing twice, vs the vastly more common newborn and toddler thing, where you are faced with juggling very different realities. BTW Love the horsey cake.
