Difficult to diagnose online from just a couple of not very detailed pics. Have you asked your county extension service?

Not really. But it does look like one of the bacterial pathogens that can effect members of the Solanaceaea - Ralstonia solanacearum, Fusarium wilt, or Verticillium wilt.
