Floor to pair with Shinnoki Ivory Oak and Cloudburst Concrete

Hi, we are having a hard time deciding what floors to pair with Shinnoki Ivory Oak cabinets and Caesarstone Cloudburst Concrete countertops/backsplash in a kitchen. The walls are painted SW Alabaster White. Karastan Andilet Buff Cream Oak kind of works but is a bit too yellow. Opulux Huate is better but have read complaints about too many repeating boards. Any other suggestions? Would prefer to go with a high quality laminate floor, but open to engineered wood as well. Thank you!

At the top of the cost curve and quality in engineered European Oak is the broad range of tones offered by Danish Hakwood.

You can be in a lower price range with European Oak from Hurst Hardwoods. Comparing samples with your components under your led lighting is required. A full box laid out is recommended to avoid surprises. Another path is to begin with unfinished and develop your own custom finish. Matte is current. Different grades from rustic to prim and flat cut showing cathedrals 7-11 inches wide or rift cut for no figure lines.

First post pics of the materials you aleardy have chosen and IMO the floors should have been the first item to choose . Have you ever lived with concrete counters ? Wall color last choice to make so a bit backwards,so I need to see the cabinets for sure .OOPs about the concrete but that whole palette is just blah. I agree go dark for one otr the other you will never match

@Patricia Colwell Consulting, read more closely. The OP selected a Caesarstone concrete for the counters…so, quartz. Not poured concrete. Though I despise quartz (33% plastic resins, by volume), he/she will not suffer the awful staining and discoloration that occurs with poured concrete counters.

Caesarstone Cloudburst Concrete is an engineered product. Not actual concrete. You know-- quartz.

Soft swells of pure white that veil a clear, creamy base, for an infinitely beautiful surface that echoes the uneven aspects of fresh cement deepened by a textured finish.

Best to show your cabinet and counter samples in a photo with actual floor samples. With wood cabinets and ‘wood look’ floors, I recommend matching the same color tones but have the floor be either slightly darker or lighter than the cabinets for some distinction. I’m glad you are steering clear of vinyl floors.

I do not like the flooring and cabinet choice together -- they're very close in lightness but the tones are off. Go darker with one or the other.

The cabinet color is too orange. That's not current. It'll be a challenge to find a cabinet made in North America because they use the wrong oak, not the European Oak used in the flooring. IKEA Vedhamn is made in Hungary.
