Considering "lightly used" Duchateau Riverstone Siene

I found a great deal on Duchateau Riverstone Siene flooring. It was installed in a luxury condo unit and used for less than 1 year before the new owners decided to swap it out. The flooring was removed by a professional hardwood flooring specialist to preserve materials for reuse. Comes with REGUPOL 1/4" rubber underlay.

I'm DIY'ing my remodel and would install myself. I'd love some feedback if anyone has experience with Duchateau Riverstone. TY!

Good quality product made in Vietnam. Think carefully about flooring that dark because every spec of dust shows up. A constantly running robotic vac should be calculated into your cost. I can see why it was swapped out. 4mm is good for one refinish if you want to diy the best finished floor in a pale tone. Ciranova seal and finish for me. Do your research. Matt Cremona has a YT vid on easy finish. Get a sample from a dealer to see if you can handle to project.
