Unsure how to layout new living room area - tv not above fireplace

Hello all, just purcahsed a home and I have no idea how to layout the furtniture. Our tv is too big to go above the fireplace, so we are going to use the entertainment console we currently have, but the only wall it will fit on is opposite of the fireplace. One side of the room has stairs leading up/down and then a hallway to one of the other bedrooms. I tried to map it out but I dont have the measurements currently so it is not to scale. I have added the furniture we currently have, but nothing else has been placed, and am open to purchasing new pieces. Any help is welcomed!
