I am looking for a tongue and groove deck material for my Deck ceiling

last month

I need a cathederal deck ceiling material for my custom home in Tennessee. I do not want to use real wood due to carpenter bees and humidity issues. What is a good looking tongue and groove-like alternative building material that you would suggest?
