These color samples are screenshots, so they aren't perfect, but you get the idea. Also, the door hinges on the interior are still satin nickle. Is it a crime to mismatch that obscure part?

What is the balance of the interior hardware finish? What finish are the door hinges? Do you have exterior lighting and what finish? Pics would help us help you as context is key.

The balance of the interior is satin nickle, but I thought you had to replace everthing as a set? Can we keep the interior while satin nickle while replacing the worn exterior with something like antiqued or brushed brass? The overhead light fixture is a dark bronze. This is home is traditional, not contemporary.

Can you post a photo,of,the whole house? Any metal has a “brushed” or “not glossy” finish but without seeing the house, it’s hard to make suggestions. With a mulberry door, I would go with brushed brass.
