My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello, is this a gas fireplace? i am currently installing a direct vent gas fireplace for a client and they want this modern plaster wall look as well. The contractor is telling me that a 6" stone surround has to be installed because the plaster will crack if applied right up to the fireplace frame. Do you know if the contractor used cement board? and plaster right up to the frame?
