@pomfretj: "Pointing" is the name of the white trim color, and it's made by Farrow & Ball. Also, when you see paint colors that are, for example, 75% strength (or saturation), it means the original color on the paint chip was the right hue (or color), but just too strong for the designer's taste. So, in order to achieve the desired look, the person who mixed the paint added only 75% of the pigment normally required to achieve the color (in this case Benjamin Moore's "Iron Mountain"). If the paint had already been tinted (or colored), the same results could've been achieved by "cutting" the paint with white. In this example, you'd need to add two quarts (or one half gallon) white to every four quarts (or one gallon) Iron Mountain to achieve 75% saturation. I hope this helps!
