Where can I find mirror-finish H channel for joining 2 panels together

I have been looking for glass and mirror hardware so that I can purchase tracks to frame my mirror. The large one broke, so I want to join 2 tall but narrower mirrors together with a mirror-finish H or even a mirror-finish plan flat bar that I could attach between the two mirrors to give the appearance of one larger mirror. Can you tell me where I could find mirror-finish pieces such as these? I did find one 5/8-inch 12' J mold (which I bought) and the display said "made in America by A.G." but no one could tell me the name of the company.
