Unfortunately no paint color will give you the same look as wallcovering because wallcovering has so much texture and variation, and paint is much flatter. In addition, this being a silk wallcovering gives the walls a softness that paint cannot achieve.

I know this sounds a bit crazy, but I think it would work. I found some textured paintable wallpaper online. There are horizontal papers easily found online. If you use a eggshell gray/silver paint I think you will get as close to the wallpaper covering as you can.
