hi, i am actually building a house for my personal use on 1000 sq yards with the frontage of 90 ft and the depth of the plot is 100ft, i plan to make a 6 bedroom house with a basement for private sitting area consisting of lounge , theatre, and a small office, while the ground floor should have 2 bedrooms , with lounge, kitchen , dirty kitchen , laundry area , drawing room, dining room and 4 bedrooms on the first floor with the same feature of ground floor . i already have a plan given to me by my architect which is not what i am looking for , i was hoping if anyone would take some time out to help me . layout plan is attached . my email address is subhanj@hotmail.com
