When faced with this project, we knew this was the best layout to fully utilize a long narrow kitchen, and give it max efficiency and flow, while making it aesthetically pleasing and fully functional in a family household. This kitchen is 35'x10' and the island is 117"x27". Great lighting and light colored cabinets that go to the ceiling make the room appear larger, and the ceilings taller! Add great accents like a farmhouse sink with brushed copper fixtures and plenty of counter space, and you have one stylish and functional space!
