The shutter colour is a custom paint and made out of teal, black and green tones. The trim colour on the bay windows is matched to window frame which I believe was called Sandlewood.

The shutters are cedar. This is the best material for shutters due to its ability to resist various weather conditions, rain, sun. It also takes paint very well. This colour is actually a custom blend using Teal, Green and Black tones.
