Hate to say 3 weeks. I was raised to wash sheets weekly but I dislike making beds even though i love the smell of fresh clean sheets.

Weekly if not sooner. Hubby has night sweats issue.
Of course I have a good grade mattress protector on bed and protectors on the pillows.

For blankets we use lengths of fleece yardage, and those usually go through weekly on cool, gentle, with woolite and the fluff dry to keep them from pilling up. (2.5 yard lengths)

For making the bed the king fitted goes on then the pillow cases, and his twin flat sheet goes on his side and his blankets tossed on top. My twin and blanket on mine. That way there are zero blanket hogs and artic drafts too. NO Poaching Mine Either. He needs a dry one he can grab a replacement then.

No less than 2x's a week. My husband has allergies, I have a dog and 3 cats and I have to have clean sheets

Every week .. expect when the kids spill something on them in which case ... 3 times a week. :)

Usually every week unless I am super busy and forget....then it might go to 10 days. Love clean sheets!

Sheets at least once a week, pillowcases twice a week.

To okdokegal. try all cotton sheets for night sweat. I had a problem with night sweats and found it was from the synthetics in the bedding.

sheets twice a week - usually have 2 blankets/comforters on the bed, so alternate those each time I clean the sheets

Every 2 days is optimal! I love clean crisp sheets. Also, if you are allergy prone or have difficulty with acne, 2 days is tops. One day per side of pillow, then wash. I also wash my pillows monthly and keep covered with protectors. Duvet turned down at night so the cover is only washed monthly.

Gotta be once a week. I do change pillowcases a couple of times during the week though. Nothing better than clean, fresh sheets after a long day.
