The only suggestion I would make here would be to purchase an entertainment table like you have already that is longer on each side than the television to create better balance, such as something like this:

Do you happen to know how long your tv is?

You could try a piece of artwork long and narrow over the TV. You could also hang the TV on the wall and flank the sides with two tall vertical art pieces. Consider metal sculpture as an option.

Agree with getting a longer console for under the TV. The arrangement of 2 pics and a 3rd object is too symetrical and predictable. You could just do a simple bowl of lemons.

The wall around the TV doesn't need decorating. Get a live tree to replace the fake one.

I agree with above posters, You need a wider unit under the tv and also a little taller if you could poss get it. I wouldn't put any pictures/plants on top of the console

Consider filling the length of the TV wall to help balance the heaviness of your sectional.

Thank you for all for the great ideas. It's so funny because about a week ago, I took everything off the console, except a bowl to cover the hanging wires because my husband has not hidden them in the wall yet ;). I have also moved a lamp next to the chair and have a live tree I'm replacing with the fake one. Eventually I will get a longer console or an entertainment center. Thanks again!
