No shutters for double window and make sure shutters for single windows fit - that is if you actually used them they would cover the windows. Not sure what colors you are looking for - for the front door or railing? A pale shade of turquoise might work for the front door since using Charleston green for shutters. Railing should remain black.

Remove the ivy from the front of the house (it's probably damaging the brick) and add some attractive shrubbery to the front. Sconces by the front door would be more practical than the lone light out in the yard.
