Hi Urban Landscape,
Thank you! The chandelier is Murray Feiss, Palladio, Bob Mackie Home. I purchased this at Lamps Plus in Carlsbad about 9 years ago. The photo is still on their website, although the chandelier info doesn't come up in a search. While searching online for the chandelier, I found it available elsewhere.
