I'm sure this towel holder was sourced from a fabulous supplier but also could be an easy DIY from Home Depot. Looks like a galvanized metal pipe flange, short threaded piece, elbow, straight piece, and an end cap to finish it off. Spray with oil rubbed bronze paint to coordinate with existing fixtures.
