What color wall paint goes with Grayloft kitchen cabinets by Kraftmaid

We have ordered cabinets for a total remodel. Will probably do a mostly white granite or quartz with some kind of color in it. White subway tile backsplash, white farm sink. Refinished red oak floors. This is now open concept into living area. What color do I paint the walls?

It is a complete remodel down to the studs. The only thing for sure is the gray cabinets and white counter (Carrera marble look) and white subway tile. Not sure if a taupe type color on walls and what other color would go with the gray.
