How far out does this rain shower go? Is the head movable? Is the plumbing a lot different/ more expensive to put a hand shower in too? Is there a way to do a hand shower and rain shower together vs separate shown here?

This is the Delta Vero. The shower head is adjustable (it swivels like a traditional showerhead). It is more involved that a single valve and head, for sure---but not exorbitantly so.

to answer your question yes the head is movable, and the hand want head is movable. YOu buy a 3 way diverter pictured as the top unit to let you switch from 1 head, 2nd head, or both heads simultaneously.
