I'm also interested in knowing, as I've never seen anything like this, but it's really cool! Did you first grow the tree, then custom built the table around it? But then, will the tree not grow and thus damage the table? Thanks!

This was custom-made for the client. The architect designed the space and we had the table custom fabricated out of concrete. The tree actually has 5 different citrus fruits grafted onto it. The table base and the top are two separate pieces. The tree was grown in a nursery until it was nearly the size pictured. I hope that answers some of your questions. What kind of tree is that? Doesn’t need much sunlight? I’d like one like that in my house.
