My family and I have purchased 60 acres about 20+- miles North of Boerne, TX. We've interviewed one builder whom we like however we'd like to interview 1-2 more for peace of mind and competitive pricing. Do you have experience with a great builder? Any suggestions of builder(s) to stay away from? Our design is Texas Hill Country style, 1 story, concrete flooring for the most part, 2800 sq ft., limestone/rock, standing seam metal roof and above builders grade finishes (not the very top though!).
