Handscraped or wire-brushed (antiqued)--is there a difference?

We're looking into matte style, rustic, heavy traffic hardwood floors--the problem is, I'm not sure if hardscraped or wire-brushed are different or the same? Is it also a gigantic price different from regular matte hardwood?
