Can you tell me about the window system?

I am working on an old storefront but cannot find a small sill and division bar system as this. I am in Baltimore Md. It is a 1920's building that is 27ft. long and alittle over 7ft. tall. Then the front of the store.
Is this an aluminum or a steel frame system. Is the glass double pane and what size is this panel for example or the larges panel?
What is the name of the glass co.? Is that a division bar or butt glazed?
Sorry for so many questions but I am determined to reproduce something simple as it once was. thank you for any help, deborah

I am also interested in this answer for use on a Cape Cod waterfront.

The glass panels are double glazed units, engineered for size and thickness to withstand wind load and potential blows. The joints are butt joined together using a black structural silicone. The head and sill details are custom.
