That original tile was a 6x18 wood-look porcelain tile, set in a herringbone pattern, and was from Arizona Tile in Denver in 2010. I just checked and they no long carry that tile, however Marazzi Tile in Denver carries a similar one I just used on another project that would work just as well. It's a longer tile, but the affect would be much the same... plus most tile showrooms now carry wood grain porcelain tiles that would give you the same look.
