Well my client purchased this chair on eBay. Sorry I do not have a better answer for you but said that is her favorite plae to find cool pieces. She does not know the name or make of the chair.

We sell custom upholstered office chairs. It's not the same chair but you can use any fabric you would like.

What type of lighting is provided over the desk area? It looks like some puck lighting was used in the lower shelf? Does this area have a window that is providing natural light- or is there another light source?
