Thank you for your question. Since we build custom pools we do not like to give out absolute numbers on costs. Style and finishes can be tapered to a person's budget. This pool was built in 2000 and is an average sized pool (16'x37') which today might run $50-70,000 depending on what bells and whistles one wanted to add. Whirlpool would be additional.

Sorry no we were not. It is actually part of the house and was built with the new house construction.
