Turret - floor plan / room layout/ design for home office

I'm looking for room layout, floor plan & design for home office. The room is a turret. I currently have an upright black piano on the back wall ( this is planned to stay in the room- but would consider alternate options). I also have a black desk being delivered next week. Any suggestions are welcome!!

Beautiful. Just add rug, curtains, and some artwork. The piano may cause some echoing without a good sized rug and some curtains.
