Thank you. I was trying to think of the name of that. I was wondering if the cherries would be good in chocolate or white bark. Heck, maybe the blueberries as well. I think the blackberries are going to be seeded and used as spread on crackers. I have a half gallon of each of the cherries and berries.

My Aunt Ellen used to make something that sounds kind of like that, but with cherries, she called it Cherry Bounce. The liquid was mixed with 7-up or soda water for a "spritzer", and the cherries were used to top ice cream, eaten with pound cake as an alcoholic kind of shortcake or used in "adult" muffins or fruit cakes.

The bark sounds really good, I only remember my aunts leaving the fruit in the boozy liquid, apparently it was already "preserved", LOL.

Thanks, Annie. Hadn't thought of using the booze with soda water. Won't have much of it left because everyone who knows I made it wants some. It's all the boozy fruit. It's in the freezer right now. Guess I could add some to homemade ice cream and adult muffins sounds really good.
