Tennessee Fieldstone is just Tennessee Fieldstone. There is no official color, its just what ever they pull out of the ground. You can ask that they eliminate all of the pinks, like we did, or you ask that they pick more of the brown or more of the gray, but this is really just a matter of an individuals judgment. This is the reality and beauty of dealing with a quarry and natural stone. Mother nature tends to be a little hard to control. It is also very important that you tell the mason to lay it in its full form and not break or chip it, because the inside has wild colors of strong yellows and pinks.

Do you know what type of brick was used on the exterior and interior do the home? I'm curious about the mortar as well. This home is beautiful! Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
