Hi,
The floors are actually very warm surprising. They absorb the heat from the large rear windows. I was sceptical before we started but absolutely loved the feel under foot when completed. We found that people visiting the house loved to take their shoes off to feel the tiles.
With other projects we actually installed under tile heating coils so you could heat up the tiles if you liked.
