This is a floating floor system from IKEA called "Markland Flooring" $2.49/SF ($26.80/m2).

Unfortunately, the 'anthracite' colour (shown here) is now discontinued, but is still available in 'white'. Each laminate panel is a approx. 12" x 48"

It's as you see it in the photograph above and the close up shot. A year after installation and use it still looks the same...
